Yes. We will install, configure and deploy a new IP-based system with new phones, for free. This does require a 36-month service contract - nothing is "free". This includes entry-level IP phones, upgraded executive phones are heavily discounted, but not free. Additional equipment is not included.

  • Free installation. This assumes the space where the phones are installed is already wired for networking. There needs to be at least one network connection to the area where the one phone will be deployed. All IP phones can share a network connection with one computer.
  • Free configuration. Configuration is all done over the internet. Automated attendants, call paths, dedicated phone numbers, ring groups, etc. are all easily programmed remotely. 
  • Free programming changes - If the change can be done quickly and remotely, they are free. 


We have access to all the providers, including Nextiva, BroadVoice, Cox, Lingo, RingCentral, etc. We generally go to BlueFace because they are an internationally based company and because of their low service prices here in the USA and excellent US-based customer service. BlueFace is a Comcast business company.


If a client is organized and motivated, a system could be installed in under a week. BUT - if the client is porting existing phone numbers to the new system, the the timing can reach two to three weeks, depending on the speed and documentation needed by the losing telecom company.


You won't hear this elsewhere, but here's how it works: 

We'll use Spectrum Internet as an example, but it's the same for any service. If you're talking to a salesperson and not directly to Spectrum, that salesperson gets a monthly recurring payment from that service company for as long as you have service through them. Depending on the company, that salesperson may also get a SPIFF cash payment upon closing the deal too. 

Note - Your cost does not change if you go directly to Spectrum.

Advanced Telecom has been doing phone systems and networking for over 30+ years. Configurations and installations are not that difficult. Most offices already have networking and internet installed, so installations are generally plug & play.

COVID hurt every business, and if not making the extra cash upfront means that a struggling company spends less each month and is better equipped to do business with the newest tools, it's better for everyone.

By not being greedy, Advanced Telecom can still make money AND help out the other guy.
